This usually means that you have not activated your account.

When you sign up or change your email address you are sent an activation email. If you do not follow the instructions in the email then the account will remain unactivated and will be deleted after a few days.

If you did not recieve this email then click the link below to have the email resent to you.

Insert the email address that you signed up with. The email will be sent to that address.

If the email address is not recognised then you can change it by clicking the USER CP link at the top of this page. When it is fixed try the link above again.

This is usually to do with your cookies. Most people experiencing this problem are using IE6 which refuses cookies by default.

First check you have your cookies enabled (see below)
Then make sure you clear your browsers cache.
Close down all browser sessions and start a fresh one.
This should fix that problem.

 

To check if you have cookies enabled in IE6 go to your Internet Tools and click the privacy tab. Now you have 2 options.

1. You can turn the setting down which will allow cookies from any site to be allowed.
2. You can click the advanced button and add the URL for the forum. This will allow only cookies from the forum to be accepted.

Then you can be 100% sure that the email you are entering is not in the system.

The most common problem that causes this is people misspelling their email address.

You can check this by clicking the USER CP link at the top of this page and have a look at the email address. If it is misspelled then correct it and you should be sent a new activation email.

Because that Username is not on the system. Many people seem to forget the username they use. Especially if there first choice was taken and had to choose another name at the time of registration.

Use the forgot password link and you will be emailed all the details for your login. It will send your name and if needbe you can reset the password.
